WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Teach frontier AI models how experienced engineers really build software: architecture, trade-offs, debugging and all
  • Hand them the kind of messy, real-world problems you'd find in a production codebase, and critique their solutions the way you'd review a pull request
  • Shape the coding tools that developers everywhere will soon depend on

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Substantial hands-on experience as a professional software engineer
  • Strong command of one or more major programming languages, and of system design, testing and debugging
  • Clear, precise written English
  • A degree in computer science or a related field, or open-source work you can point to, is a plus

HOW IT WORKS

THE DETAILS

  • Fully remote; set your own hours

  • Paid hourly between $70 and $150 depending on experience level
