Cocient connects mathematicians with the AI labs building frontier models. Experts on Cocient work remotely, on their own schedule, on some of the most cutting-edge problems in AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Use your mathematics, across proof, computation and modeling, to show frontier models what a correct argument actually requires
• Set problems the way you would in a seminar, and judge whether a model's steps hold or only sound as if they do
• Help separate a correct proof from an argument that only looks finished

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An advanced degree in mathematics, or substantial research or industry experience
• Strong command of your area of mathematics and the reasoning a proof depends on
• Clear, precise written English
• Published research, or experience applying mathematics outside academia, is a plus

HOW IT WORKS

THE DETAILS

• Fully remote; set your own hours
